Our Mission and History
The Lakeshore Tailer Owner's Association (LTOA) is an organization of homeowners at the Lake Mead RV Village in the Lake Mead National Recreational Area on Lake Mead, just down the road from Boulder City, Nevada. Founded in 1985,LTOA has been serving our community for over 30 years. Our association was established to provide a platform for residents to voice their concerns and work together to improve our neighborhood and our relationship with the Park Management. The LTOA strives to create an enjoyable and welcoming community for our mobile home residents. Our mission is to enhance the quality of time you spend at your Lake Mead home and to keep all members of our association informed on the goings-on inside the beautiful Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
Membership
The Lakeshore Trailer Owners Association (LTOA) is more than just a homeowner’s group. It is a supportive network of friends who share a common love for the beauty of Lake Mead and the comfort of mobile home living. The LTOA Board of Directors is made up of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving our community by hosting various events throughout the year. They work tirelessly to ensure that our association, website, meetings and newsletter run smoothly and efficiently. We are committed to providing a safe, friendly, and engaging environment for all our residents. Our nominal $25 membership fee helps pump up our entertainment kitty, as well as fund our website platform. As a paid member you're the first to find out about our events, you can attend the annual lunch meeting, submit feedback and suggestions, and get involved in how you want the association to run.
